What you are buying

Diagnostics are free. A $9 USD one-time payment unlocks exports for the exact CSV and import mode checked out, up to 5 MB and 10,000 data rows. It is not a subscription. A different input file requires a new purchase. Review the proposed changes before paying; the app blocks purchases when it detects errors that require you to edit the source file.

You can re-download the same file while the service remains available, using the original CSV and your saved order return URL. Keep both. No permanent hosting or lifetime availability is promised.

Scope of the checks

RowReady checks supported structural and field-level rules. It cannot see your live Shopify store, validate image availability, or determine whether store-specific definitions exist. The report is not a guarantee of a successful import. Back up existing data, review your changes, and use Shopify’s import preview before importing. You decide which changes to apply.

Problems and refunds

If a paid export cannot be delivered, is charged twice, or fails to apply an approved supported fix, email us within 14 days with your order details and a description of the problem. We will investigate and either resolve the delivery problem or refund the affected purchase. Do not send a full confidential product file unless we agree it is necessary. Nothing in these terms removes rights that apply by law.

Acceptable use

Only process files you are entitled to use. Do not abuse the service or attempt to access someone else’s paid exports. Automated usage must respect our file and request limits.
