Your product file

CSV checks run locally in your browser. Selecting a file does not upload it to our server. Before checkout, we save your file and selected changes in this browser’s local database so you can return from payment. The “Clear file” action removes that saved file. Browser storage may also be removed through your browser settings.

Checkout sends a fingerprint of your file and import mode, not its contents. When you request a paid export, the original CSV and selected fixes are sent over HTTPS to our server, processed in memory and returned as a download. Our application does not save the CSV on the server or log its contents.

Payments and technical information

Stripe processes payments and receives your payment and billing details. We receive order information and payment status, but not your full card number. Stripe retains payment records under its own policies. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, request details and technical logs to operate and secure the service.

Keep your order return URL private: it contains the reference needed to restore a paid export with the original file. We do not use advertising trackers or send your CSV to an AI provider.

Your choices

You can check a file without creating an account or purchasing. Contact us to request access to or deletion of personal information we control. Payment records may need to be retained where required. Avoid including customer or other unnecessary personal data in product files.
