If Option1 Name is present but Option1 Value is blank, or later option columns appear without the earlier pair, Shopify may reject the row or create an unintended variant. For each product handle, compare the complete option combination across its variant rows.
Two rows with the same handle and identical option values are usually a duplicate variant risk, even if other cells differ. Extra image rows are different: they may repeat the handle without defining a variant. RowReady separates these cases and asks for manual review where removing a row would require business judgment.
